Benjamin Disraeli once said, ‘What we anticipate seldom occurs; what we least expect generally happens.’
If it looks like it might rain, then the outcome is usually predictable, but no thanks to the Weather Girl. If I take a brolly, then it will not rain. If I do not take one, then it will rain.
The good doctor said that even though we will be in Blighty, we should take some sort of sun protection just in case the sun makes itself evident.
So, if I do not take one, then shall we be blessed with fair weather? If I take one, then shall we be pleased that we took rain jackets?
